Chuck is asked to teach an after-school program in cartooning to elementary school kids, and he soon learns that kids can be more hyperactive than his doodles! But Chuck is determined to connect with the kids and help them create the next comic book classics. He gets help teaching from an unlikely source, and reaches out to a troubled child known for spreading graffiti.
